iGoogle This painting represents my interpretation of the Celtic Horse Goddess, Epona – a blending of the feminine within what appears to be a masculine horse, the woman’s silhouette in black combined with the white of the horse, yin & yang. Her hand & hair flow into the mane like tree roots, she is part of the earth, yet also the air – mythical, magical yet also a part of Mother Nature.
Look on top of the mountain – for the snowline is in the shape of a horse lying on its side.
My inspiration for this painting was my love of coloured horses, actually one of my own blue-eyed Paints. No two Paint Horses are alike, each has it’s own unique colour & pattern. Often where the hair colours meet the markings will have an outline which is known as a ‘watermark’. This one is grey – (black blended into white). In Paint Horse terms the above horse would be called a ‘splash white overo.’

Learned the hard way crones have no more time at their disposal as ......
Christmas has come and gone in a second. Really a bummer this year as it has to have been the best ever Christmas in all my adult life. I had such fun, not a sign of depression. One, no thee best gift was my youngest daughter calling to wish me a Merry Christmas. How wonderful to hear her voice, we had a lovely talk though quite short. @nd best was Michael got on the phone at last and wished me a Merry Christmas and I understood him completely. I pray humbly that we will be able to have a nice relationship being good for each other.
I am ready for this. Will I have time??? Will the new surgery be fatal??? Ugly thought that has reared it's ugly head.
Off to play. I wonder if any of my blogs will b e of any value to myself and or anyone else?????

Just a note
I am getting ready for Halloween just like every other young child on the planet. I am amazed how egocentric we Americans really are . If we have an American holiday then of course everyone else also celebrate. I am pulling my grey hair out trying to get a badge from willowing/Tam onto this site and am having no luck . Will try again from the scratch tomorrow morning.
I want to put my art work in this blog which is another how to I should have learned years ago.
Expanding the little grey cells.
